Board of Trustees
Staff Elected Member
The Board of Trustees is made up of four Proprietor's Representatives representing the interests of the Bishop, five elected Parent Representatives, the Principal, a staff representative and the Board appoints a secretary.
The Board of Trustees is tasked with governing the school which includes ensuring the school remains a Catholic School and encouraging every student to achieve his/her potential. The Board delegates the day to day management of the school to the Principal and staff and provides assistance and support to them.
In doing this, the Board, in consultation with the community prepares and implements the school's charter. The charter is an evolving document which outlines the strategic direction of the school. The charter incorporates Catholic character values and principles, strategic goals, an annual action plan and annual targets.
The Board meets twice per term and at each meeting receives and discusses reports on curriculum and student achievement, property, finance, Religious Education and the school's Special Character.
Our finances are audited each year and we are required to make these available for the community.
